Christenberry Collet & Company, Inc. has developed a Business Continuity Plan for how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Our business continuity plan addresses: data back up and recovery; all mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with clients, employees, and regulators; and alternate physical location of employees if necessary. Our plan is designed to enable the firm to recover quickly and restore business operations as quickly as possible, safeguard our employees and property, protect the firm's books and records, and assure our clients prompt service.
In the event of a disaster affecting our office building or affecting the geographical area where our firm is located, there should be minimal disruption in service, and recovery will begin on local computer hardware as quickly as possible given the events. All critical financial application and data files are hosted from the Kansas City area and replicated at an offsite location.
