DOUGLAS L. DEADY Doug Deady is an investment banker with Christenberry Collet. Deady, an attorney, previously served as a partner at the law firm Blackwell Sanders Peper Martin LLP, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, securities, international business and commercial transactions. He has helped company owners and boards negotiate and manage numerous asset and stock transactions for public and private companies, assisted with private equity and venture capital fund raising, and counseled borrowers and lenders on significant finance arrangements, including credit facilities, work-outs and reorganizations. Deady has extensive experience in energy industry matters and with regulated utilities and also has significant experience with technology-driven transactions. Deady earned his bachelor's degree, master's degree in accounting and juris doctorate from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. |
