WILLIAM A. COLLET Bill Collet is a founding principal of Christenberry Collet. Collet is recognized in the investment banking industry for his diverse experience covering the full spectrum of corporate finance services: His engagements have included buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, public stock offerings, debt and equity financing and hostile takeover defense. Collet has experience with electric and gas utilities, power generation, oil and gas exploration, healthcare, computer and telecommunications technology, basic manufacturing and industry consolidations. Collet received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School. He has been a guest lecturer at the Bloch School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. |
