WILLIAM H. CONWAY, III Bill Conway is a principal of Christenberry Collet and is involved in mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, debt restructuring, public offering transactions, and general financial and strategic planning engagements. Conway has experience with electric and gas utilities, product and component manufacturing, construction infrastructure, wholesale floral and movie exhibition industries. Conway has worked with regulated utilities in a variety of transactions, most recently assisting electric cooperatives in acquiring IOU service territory. He has provided testimony to state Public Utility Commissions relative to merger and acquisition transactions and presented at seminars and forums sponsored by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association and the National Rural Utility Cooperative Finance Corporation. Conway holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. Before joining the firm in 1995, Conway worked for Commerce Bank, NA where he originated and managed a diverse loan portfolio for a group of high-profile clients in the Kansas City market. Conway holds a bachelor's of science in business administration in finance-economics and marketing, and a master's in business administration from Rockhurst University. He coaches a little league baseball team and is on the boards of the 3&2 Baseball Club of Kansas City Missouri and Community LINC |
